Avan Dzoraget Restaurant
The Avan Dzoraget Restaurant is interwoven with a bar and lounge. Guests can choose to dine in the opulent interior or on a large themed terrace overlooking the Debed River.
Just like two other Tufenkian restaurants, Avan Dzoraget stands out for its secluded and quiet location, stylish traditional design, cuisine and ambiance.
The hotel's restaurant features traditional Armenian and Georgian dishes: aside from Georgian dishes like chakhokhbili (chicken with onions and tomatoes) or mashed red beans, the restaurant specializes in fusion cuisine, enhancing Armenian classics with Georgian flavors like garlic and walnuts.
After dinner, guests can enjoy cocktails and relax in the adjacent bar/lounge.

Red bean soup with walnuts
Chakhokhbili
Chicken with tomatoes and onions, prepared in a traditional regional fashion
Trout Fillet with Greens
Oven-baked trout fillet served with pan-seared seasonal greens
Chef's Veal
Thinly sliced veal sautéed in its natural broth with red and green peppers, green onions, and a concert of Armenian spices
Peach in Chocolate Sauce
Slices of barbequed peach, served with dried fruits, chocolate sauce and walnuts, garnished with fresh mint

Tufenkian's bakery in the airport
Tufenkian introduced its freshly baked lahmajoons and byouregs in the Yerevan's Zvartnots International airport. You can taste our delicious baked goods, such as byouregs with cheese; greens and sour flavor, as well lahmajoons with meat and spices, and cheese mixture. You can choose from the bakery's many desserts, such as our famous apple pie, Armenian Gata and date pudding.
