Three Day Offroad tour towards Nagorno Kharabagh, to Dadivank, Jermajur, Jraberd and Monastery of Yeritsmankants

Starting point Avan Marak Tsapatagh Hotel

Day 1. Breakfast in the hotel. Departure from Avan Marak Tsapatagh hotel at 9 am. Drive towards Vardenis, Qarvachar and Dadivank (9-13th century).

Dadivank is an ancient monastery complex in Nagorno Kharabagh. It is situated in the green slopes of Mrav Mountain, on the left bank of river Tartar. The legend has it that it was built in the place of saint Dade apostle's cemetery. On July 21, 2007 saint Dadi's relics were found under the altar of one of the churches in the monastery complex. The latter was one of the 70 students of Jesus Christ and was preaching Christianity to Armenians in Nagorno Kharabagh.

From Dadivank drive towards Jermajur.

Jermajur is health resort situated in Karvachar region of Nagorno Kharabagh. Medical tratments of the resort are: hot carbonaceous mineral water which is like Karlovi Vari (Chech Republic) and Jermuk water bt formulation. The spring water is drinkable and is bottled, one can also have a bath in it.
Overnight in Jermajur in tents or in the village.

Day 2. Breakfast in the morning. Depart Jermajur and drive towards Jraberd.

Jraberd means "Water Citadel". It is a medieval Armenian citadel situated in Martakert region of Nagorno Kharabagh. The citadel, which is ruined now, is located on the rock in the junction point of Tartar and Trky rivers. River Trky is one of the purest rivers in Europe Mountains give a delicate turqoise color to the river. The river flows through the deep beautiful canyon, through the mountains and forests.

From Jraberd drive towards Yeritsmankats monastery, which was built in the 17th century and is situated in Martakrt region of Nagorno Kharabagh. The monastery is a unique example of late medieval Artsakh architecture. Overnight in the tents or the village.

Day 3. Breakfast in the morning. Drive to Jermajur. Spend a day bathing, hiking. Return to Avan Marak Tsapatagh Hotel through Qarvachar-Zodq road.

The tour rate does not include overnight in Avan Marak Tsapatagh Hotel.

Tufenkian's bakery in the airport

Tufenkian introduced its freshly baked lahmajoons and byouregs in the Yerevan's Zvartnots International airport. You can taste our delicious baked goods, such as byouregs with cheese; greens and sour flavor, as well lahmajoons with meat and spices, and cheese mixture. You can choose from the bakery's many desserts, such as our famous apple pie, Armenian Gata and date pudding.
