Making Reservations
In order to make a reservation, you should make a phone call or send us an e-mail. Your reservation will be confirmed by phone/fax/e-mail within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy
Confirmed individual reservations (up to 5 room nights) can be cancelled up to 24 hours before arrival date without penalty. No-show or cancellation within 24 hours from first day of reservations are charged penalty fee equal to 50% of entire amount.
Confirmed group and entire hotel reservations can be cancelled 15 days prior arrival date. No-show or cancellation within less that 15 days are charged a penalty fee equal to 50% of entire amount.
Making an Online Booking
In order to make an online booking you should fill out the online booking form. Your booking details will be send to your e-mail address. Your booking will be confirmed only after you make a payment. A deposit equal to USD 30 will be charged from you credit card account. Your booking will be confirmed within 24 hours via e-mail.
Cancellation of an online booking
- If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Your deposit will be transferred to your account. Please note that some banking charges will be applied. To cancel your booking just follow the link in your confirmation e-mail
- If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the deposit will be charged.

Tufenkian's bakery in the airport
Tufenkian introduced its freshly baked lahmajoons and byouregs in the Yerevan's Zvartnots International airport. You can taste our delicious baked goods, such as byouregs with cheese; greens and sour flavor, as well lahmajoons with meat and spices, and cheese mixture. You can choose from the bakery's many desserts, such as our famous apple pie, Armenian Gata and date pudding.
