Avan Dzoraget Hotel has 34 rooms in the main building (offers 26 guest rooms, 6 suites and 2 presidential suites) and 20 rooms in the new building (opened April 2011) including Junior suite and Tower suite. Spacious lounge areas and bedrooms are stylish and luxurios, with handcrafted décor and finest amenities. Room furnishings include bedside tables and desks crafted from iron and local basalt. Walnut cupboards and walk-in closets are provided with wrought-iron hand-made clothes hangers. Beds feature wrought-iron headboards, KS Sealy Crown Jewel mattresses, wool duvets. The floors are covered with famous handmade Tufenkian carpets. The spacious bathrooms, made of basalt, feature shower stalls with glass enclosures.
Presidential Suite is our most spacious hotel accommodation. Ideal for families and private entertaining, the Presidential Suites offer sheer space and elegance, with exceptional views of the surrounding mountains and Debed River that can be enjoyed from a private balcony.

Measuring approximately 70,5 sqm, these suites feature a KS Crown Jewel Seally Mattress, crisp, white yet warm and comfy wool duvet. Located on the second and third floors of the hotel the Large Rooms are smaller than suites, but provide the same level of comfort.
