To make a reservation you should make a phone call and make the reservation, or fill in th reservation form on the website.  Your reservation will be confirmed by phone/fax/e-mail within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy
Confirmed individual reservations (up to 5 room nights) can be cancelled up to 24 hours before arrival date without penalty. No-show or cancellation within 24 hours from first day of reservations are charged penalty fee equal to 50% entire amount.

Confirmed group and entire hotel reservations can be cancelled 15 days prior arrival date. No-show or cancellation within less than 15 days are charged a penalty fee equal to 50% of entire amount.
