ImageDAY 1

Arrival in Yerevan (“Zvartnots” international airport). Airport pick-up and transfer to Avan Villa Yerevan Hotel. Breakfast at hotel (depending on the time of arrival). City tour of Yerevan. Visit Tufenkian Carpet Showroom. Observe the craft of weaving of a genuine Armenian carpet right before your eyes.

Breakfast at hotel. Check out from Avan Villa hotel. Visit to "khachkar forest" in Noradooz. Visit Selim Caravansrai (14th c.), which is situated on the celebrated “Silk road”on the way from Gegharkunik to the Vayots Dzor. Return to Yerevan. Overnight in Avan Villa Yerevan Hotel.

Breakfast at hotel. Visit Lake Sevan Peninsula, Sevan Monastery, overnight at Avan  Marak Tsapagh  Hotel.





ImageDAY 4

Breakfast at hotel. Free day at the Tsapatagh village. Experience the pre-industrial village life. Join activities such as hiking, swimming (both in the lake and the pool), sauna, hot tub, billiards, horseback riding, ping-pong. Arrange a boat trip on Lake Sevan. Enjoy your evening at the bar with fireplace.

Breakfast at hotel. Observe the craft of weaving of a genuine Armenian carpet right before your eyes at local Tufenkian carpet factory. A picnic at Artanish peninsula. Overnight at Avan Marak Tsapatagh Hotel.







ImageDAY 6

 

Check out from Marak Tsapatagh hotel. Visit Dilijan Spa Town, and Dilijan Art school. Visit Dsegh Village, the birthplace of Armenian famouse writer Hovhannes Tumanian. Overnight in Avan Dzoraget Hotel







ImageDAY 7 Breakfast at hotel. Visit UNESCO Heritage sites such as Haghpat Monastery (10th-13th c ), and Sanahin Monastery(10th-13th c ) and Odzun Village. Overnight at Avan Dzoraget Hotel.







DAY 8 

Breakfast at Hotel. Check out from Avan Dzoraget Hotel.  Pass Spitak town. Visit Saghmosavank Monastery, visit village of Oshakan,  Return to Yerevan. Check in Avan Villa Yerevan Hotel.




ImageDAY 9

Breakfast at Hotel. Optional: Garni temple and fortress, (2nd c. BC – 3rd AD), Geghard monastery (13th c.)/ or The Cathedral and Churches of Echmiadzin. Ruins of Zvartnots temple. St. Hripsimeh Church (7th c.), Echmiadzin Museum.

Free day at the Avan Villa Yerevan Hotel. Shopping.  Departure from “Zvartnots” international airport.
